Graphics were developed for the private Soggy Bottom Gals Facebook page. The segments are color-coded, and here's one sample of a photo with numbers show which leg these terrains show up. (There were about 20 recon photos in all.)
Here are two slides I made for our monthly Zoom with Janice Tower to illustrate her talking points. Over the summer, we discussed equipment, training, nutrition, packing, and how to fix common technicals that might come up. 
Below are a few Facebook posts to give an idea of interactions with the online biking community. This was during Covid 19, and a majority of social interactions were moved to social media.
